Your information is yours. This explains what we collect, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: first name, last name, phone, email, the topic you need help with, and the message you leave. Nothing else. This site never asks for your Social Security number, bank details, or medical information.
If you use the estimator, the calculations happen in your own browser. Those figures are not sent to us unless you press the button to request a quote, which copies them into your message so you can review it before sending.
What we use it for
To get in touch with you, answer your questions, schedule a free consultation, and prepare your quote. If you decide to purchase a plan, we share what is necessary with Legacy Memorial Insurance Services and with the insurer that issues the policy, Great Western Insurance Company (a Wellabe company), so it can be processed.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else for advertising.
Where it is stored
The form is processed by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site, and messages stay in that account and in Norma's email. We keep your message for as long as it takes to help you and to meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to an insurance plan.
Cookies and other services
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We store a single preference in your browser: whether you chose to pause the background videos, so we can remember it next time. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Typefaces load from Google Fonts and two animation libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. When the page loads, those services receive your IP address, as happens with any file your browser downloads from the internet.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are a California resident, the law gives you that right, and also the right not to be treated differently for exercising it.

Children
This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this same page.
